How do I book an appointment at Gloss Scottsdale?
Complete the appointment request form on this page. Tell us the service you want and your preferred artist, or ask us to match you with the right stylist. A team member will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.
Which services can I request?
You can request hair extensions, hair color and blonding, haircuts and styling, men’s haircuts and makeup. If you are not sure which service you need, choose “Not sure yet” and we will help you decide.
Can I choose my stylist?
Yes. Select Elia, Lily, Amanda, Bella or Yadira, our makeup artist, in the form. If you would like a recommendation, choose “Match me with an artist” and we will pair you with the stylist whose specialties fit your goals.
Is a deposit required?
Deposits are required for select services, extended appointments and clients returning after 12 months. Any deposit is credited toward your service total on the day of your appointment. A credit card is required on file to schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged in full. See our salon policies for complete details.
