Elia is the co-founder of Gloss Scottsdale and specializes in dimensional color, blonding, extensions, precision cutting and styling. Her approach is highly customized, with an emphasis on creating beautiful hair while maintaining the health and integrity of the natural hair.
Known for seamless transformations and an eye for detail, Elia considers the entire look, from color and cut to extension placement and blending. She believes luxury hair should still feel like you, just elevated.

Lily is the co-founder of Gloss Scottsdale with a love for dimensional color, blonding, extensions and beautifully finished hair. Her work ranges from bright, clean blondes and soft lived-in color to rich brunettes and complete transformations.
With a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, Lily creates customized looks based on each client’s hair, lifestyle and desired level of maintenance. Her goal is always healthy, polished hair that feels effortless and grows out beautifully.

Yadira is a Scottsdale and Phoenix makeup artist specializing in bridal, special-event and customized glam. Her work ranges from soft, polished makeup to more defined full-glam looks, always tailored to the client, occasion and desired finish.
